I grew up watching my father cook authentic Romanian food with the influence of his grandparents who immigrated to America. We would eat Hungarian sausage, chicken and dumpling soup, byuskas, paprikash, and other dishes for Easter every year; I didn't know what an authentic Easter dinner was until I was in high school. My experience with food has always been a bit different, and I took a strong interest to it only a few months ago when I found myself with frequent time in my hands. I began learning our family recipes and then took to expanding my range of culinary expertise. I've spent the last few months of my life taking classes, watching videos, and simply working on trial and error with various recipes I've found and tried to make my own. I hope you follow my journey as I continue to learn and share what I create in the kitchen! I'll be posting new recipes, tips, and videos regularly! So please, enjoy and keep eating good!
